Tim Williams – Senior Pastor

Tim and FamPastor Tim joined the Boulevard Team in July of 2010. Prior to assuming the role of Senior Pastor, Tim served as the Nehemiah professor of Church Planting at the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary, Church Planting Strategist for Western Canada, Pastor in North Louisiana, and as a missionary in South Africa. He has also lived in Liberia, West Africa for twenty years as a child of missionary parents.

Pastor Tim has a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary and a Master of Theology from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. He is currently writing his dissertation for a Doctorate of Theology.

Tim and his wife Amy are both natives of Louisiana and have four children: Solomon, Gideon, Silas, and Jaelle.

Tommy Crozier – Associate Pastor – Education and Discipleship

IMG_4414Tommy is originally from Kenner, LA where he lived prior to moving to the Jackson, MS. area as a child. Tommy’s wife, Pam, is from Brandon, MS and they have three children, Thomas, Garrett, and Savannah. Tommy returned to New Orleans in 2008 as a student of the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.


Tommy is also currently working part-time as a RN at Touro Infirmary and has been a RN since 1998. Tommy is a student at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary working towards a Master of Divinity. He has an Associate of Applied Science degree in nursing from Hinds Community College in Jackson MS. and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministry from Leavell College (NOBTS).

Jonathan Key – Associate Pastor – Music & Worship Arts

Jkey FamJonathan is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a Bachelor of Music in church music. He also has a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where he is currently working towards a DMin. He has served in churches in Georgia, Alabama, and Missouri and brings a wealth of knowledge to this position.

He is experienced in leading adult, youth and children’s choir programs. He has also been active in drama and media arts.

He and his wife, Julie, have three daughters, Stevens Elise, Cadence Grace and Medley Amelia.

Shaun Grunblatt – Associate Pastor – Pastoral Care

Grunblatt and FamShaun is originally from Slidell, LA. He is a graduate of Leavell College with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian ministry with minors both in psychology and church ministry. He is Studying at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in order to complete a Master of Arts Degree in the Area of New Testament Biblical Studies.


He comes to WBBC from Westside Baptist Church in Ponchatoula. He has a great love for God’s kingdom and a desire to see it grow and he is committed to God’s plan of making disciples.


He and his wife, Sarah, have two children, Elijah and Bobbie.

Garrett Hodges – Student Ministry Team

garrett and britGarrett is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Logistics and Marketing. Feeling God’s call to full time ministry, Garrett and his wife recently moved from Pensacola, Florida to New Orleans. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity in Christian Education with an emphasis in Youth Ministry at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

He and his wife Brittany have no human children but one dog-child named Bentley.  The Hodges family understands that it is God’s call that has led them to New Orleans and look forward to serving him faithfully here at Williams Boulevard.
Cedric Johnson –Unlimited Partnership Student
CedCedric is a graduate of Talladega College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. He recently moved his family from Gardendale, Alabama to New Orleans. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
He and his wife Katrina have three children, Micaiah, Sarah, and Timothy. The Johnson family understands that God has led them to New Orleans for Kingdom work and look forward to what he has planned for them.

Jamie Whipple – Children’s Director

Jamie and FamJamie has lived in the Kenner area for 19 years. She is married to Jay Whipple and has four children Nick, James, Josh, and Nicole.


Jamie has been on staff here at Williams as the Children’s Director since 2007.


Jamie has a deep love and desire for children to have a personal relationship with Jesus. Jamie is friendly and approachable and has a genuine love for her family and God’s family.

Kelly Corvin – Women’s Ministry Coordinator

Kelly and Adam 

Kelly is originally from Tallahassee, Florida where she completed Master’s Degrees in Non-Profit Administration and Urban Planning at Florida State University. She is currently a student at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where she is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree.

Kelly is excited to use her skills and passion for ministry to enable women to connect closer to the Lord, closer to each other, and closer to their community.

Kelly and Adam Corvin married early in 2014.

Vicky Beber – Administrative Assistant

Vicky and Charlie


Vicky is originally from New Braunfels, TX but she has made her home in LA for the last 25 years. She and her husband, Charlie, have four children; Jason, Amber, Sara, and Felicia. Vicky and Charlie are also proud Grandparents of four grandsons and two granddaughters.


Vicky has stood in God’s service in various capacities. Vicky is a master multi-tasker and a master at organizational skills which come in handy here at Williams Blvd. Vicky is gifted at what she does here and is a treasure to all the staff here at Williams Blvd. Vicky believes God calls us all into His service, not asking us to do everything, but to simply do something.

Julie Key – Preschool Director

Julie Key


Julie Key joined Williams Blvd when her husband, Jonathan, began as the Associate Pastor of Worship and Music in 2009.  She is a graduate of Auburn University with a BA in Early Childhood Education, and is currently working on her Minister’s Wife Certificate from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.


Julie was asked to assist as the Preschool Director for Williams Blvd. in 2012.  She is passionate about teaching her three girls about the wonder and joy in a love relationship with the Lord, and she brings that same passion to our Preschool Department.

Danny and Wendy Vogel – College Ministry

Danny and Wendy

Danny and Wendy were both born and raised in the New Orleans area. They met the summer of 1995 and they have been married in December of 95.Since then they have added 5 kids to the mix Daniel, Nathan, Jackson, Luke and Ella.  

Wendy graduated from New Orleans Baptist Seminary with a degree in Christian Education in 2001 and then decided to add a degree in nursing in 2010 from Charity School of Nursing.  

Danny owns and operates Above and Beyond Lawn Care. Wendy currently works as a labor and delivery nurse at Ochsner Kenner.

They both served as youth ministers for 9 years at Crossroads and volunteered with youth ministry organizations in schools. They returned to WBBC in 2011 to serve as the college ministers. Both are called to invest in the lives of older teens and young adults to guide them to the most important relationship in life, the one with Jesus Christ.

Deacon Leadership


Kerry Stewart (left) was born in New Orleans and raised in the River Parishes where he still resides.  He is the father of two daughters, Kerrie and Karla as well as his son, Korey, who is now with the Lord. 

Kerry has been employed by DuPont Chemical Company for 40 years and has served at Williams Boulevard as a deacon for 18 years.  His life verse is Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose”. 

Byron Johnson (right) and his wife, Edie, have three children, Mark, Mary and Andy and one grandchild, MacKenzie. They have been members of Williams Boulevard Baptist Church since 1988. Byron has been teaching Sunday School and Adult Bible Studies at our church and in his Destrehan neighborhood for 25 years.  Byron has been serving as a deacon since joining the church and is a Licensed Minister of the Gospel. He has great love for the Lord, his family and teaching the Word of God.
